What is ULA?
ULA is a Sri Lankan ride-hailing service. Riders book trips; drivers earn on verified vehicles. Support is based in Sri Lanka.
Where can I ride?
ULA launches city by city. Open the app to see live coverage around you. Outstation trips follow the same booking flow when offered.
How do I pay?
You can pay by supported cards/wallets (including PayHere), ULA wallet credit, or cash where the driver and city allow it.
How do cancellations and refunds work?
Cancelled trips and unused wallet credit follow the Returns & refunds policy. Waiting and cancellation fees, if any, are shown before you confirm.
Is my data protected?
We process account, trip, and device data under Sri Lanka’s PDPA. Read the Privacy Policy. Requests go to support@ula.lk.
How do I become a driver?
Download the ULA Driver app, complete KYC and vehicle checks, then go online. Precise location is collected only while you are Online.
